Dr. Milgraum is a clinical psychologist and author, who has worked with children,
adolescents and families for over twenty years. He has extensive experience working with child developmental problems, emotional disorders, learning disabilities, and relationship dysfunction. He is, first and foremost, a clinician, but is also the director of Guidelight Mental Health, LLC in Kensington, Maryland, and clinical supervisor to predoctoral psychology interns.
He is a member of Nefesh, The International Network of Orthodox Jewish Mental Health Professionals, and he consults with Jewish families throughout the world about child development, both normal and confused, and family functioning.

Dr. Milgraum's writing has been published in several Jewish periodicals, including the Washington Jewish Week and the Jewish Press. His books include Never Forget My Soul (a novel about spiritual healing after the Holocaust) and Written Upon Our Souls (a book of essays exploring the Torah path to connectedness and wholeness). He also maintains the popular blog Pathways for Modern Times, which includes, among other topics, articles about the present transgender movement and its impact on Jewish families.
